Honest business! We were referred to Jeff and his company after contacting the National Hardwood Flooring Association. We have been detailing with a subpar wood install for the last two months and were getting no resolution with the installer, despite having information from other licensed contractors. Once we shared with our contractor that we had scheduled a certified inspector and that they would be out the same week, the company offered to settle the next day. We had not even had Jeff come out yet! We had paid to hold our spot and Jeff graciously and freely refunded the entire fee. Jeff was great to work with. Answered our phone calls himself and was super responsive. Highly recommend!
