Jeff was extremely thorough and demonstrated expert knowledge on the subject of floor refinishing. We had a very disappointing refinishing result and were extremely concerned that our matter might require legal intervention in order to resolve with the contractor. However Jeff worked patiently and thoroughly with ALL parties and agreed to supervise a “second attempt” at refinishing our hardwood floors. As a direct result of Jeff’s assistance, the floors turned out beautiful the second time around and even the contractor appreciated the additional advice and expertise Jeff provided to achieve the desired result. We are so grateful for his commitment to doing things the “right” way, and for his calm, professional demeanor. If you are considering hiring another floor inspector, do yourself a favor and interview Jeff before making a final decision. I would rate his performance SIX stars if I could.
